C Arrow Ranch Ledger Privacy Policy

C Arrow Ranch Ledger (“C Arrow,” “we,” “our,” or “the App”) is a ranch management application designed to help authorized users manage ranch operations, livestock records, hay and feed information, equipment records, schedules, announcements, communications, and related operational information.

This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected through C Arrow Ranch Ledger, how that information is used, and the choices available to users.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Account Information

We may collect and store information associated with authorized C Arrow accounts, including a user's name, username, account identifier, role, and account status.

Ranch and Operational Information

Users may enter and store information relating to ranch operations, including livestock records, tag numbers, breeding and calving information, treatments, hay and feed records, equipment information, maintenance and repair records, calendar entries, checklists, notes, and other ranch-related information.

Communications and User Content

C Arrow may store communications and other content submitted through features such as Ranch Chat, ranch announcements, notes, and other shared ranch features.

Device and Notification Information

C Arrow may process device identifiers, push-notification tokens, and related technical information necessary to provide notifications and associate an authorized device with the appropriate user account.

Weather and Location Information

C Arrow may use ranch or user-selected location information to provide weather information. The App does not use location information for advertising or cross-app tracking.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

Information collected through C Arrow Ranch Ledger is used to:

• Authenticate users and maintain authorized access.
• Provide and operate ranch-management features.
• Synchronize authorized ranch information between devices.
• Maintain livestock, hay, feed, equipment, calendar, and operational records.
• Provide Ranch Chat and ranch announcements.
• Deliver requested push notifications.
• Provide weather-related features.
• Maintain security and reliability of the App.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot problems.

CLOUD SERVICES AND SERVICE PROVIDERS

C Arrow uses third-party technology providers to operate certain features of the App.

Cloud database, authentication, synchronization, and related backend services may be provided by Supabase.

Mobile application infrastructure, builds, updates, and notification-related services may be provided through Expo.

These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services on our behalf and are subject to their own privacy and security practices.

ADVERTISING AND TRACKING

C Arrow Ranch Ledger does not use collected user information for third-party advertising.

We do not sell personal information to data brokers or use ranch information for cross-app advertising tracking.

INFORMATION SHARING

Information may be shared:

• With other authorized users of the same ranch where necessary to provide shared ranch-management features.
• With service providers that operate infrastructure necessary to provide the App.
• When required by law, legal process, or governmental request.
• When reasonably necessary to protect the security, rights, or integrity of the App, its users, or others.

Ranch information is not intended to be made publicly available through the App.

DATA SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information handled through C Arrow Ranch Ledger.

No electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and therefore absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

DATA RETENTION

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide C Arrow Ranch Ledger, maintain ranch records, fulfill legitimate operational purposes, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce applicable agreements.

DATA ACCESS, CORRECTION, AND DELETION

Authorized users may be able to update certain information directly within the App.

Requests concerning access, correction, or deletion of account or personal information may be submitted using the contact information below.

Certain ranch operational records may need to be retained where necessary for legitimate business, recordkeeping, security, or legal purposes.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

C Arrow Ranch Ledger is intended for ranch management and business/operational use and is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the App.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy as C Arrow Ranch Ledger changes or as legal, operational, or regulatory requirements evolve.

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
